Aquila & SOHO support the Scunthorpe Telegraph Buy Local Campaign

A one-stop shop for your home office needs.

A stationery and office furniture specialist is offering fantastic discounts as part of the Buy Local campaign.
SOHO, which stands for Small Office Home Office, is based on Cole Street in Scunthorpe and acts as a one-stop shop for office goods.
The outlet already runs a discount loyalty card scheme entitling customers to 10 per cent off anything in the shop.
And Buy Local customers will be able to claim an extra five per cent off an executive leather chair when they sign up to the scheme.
Chris Habershon, general manager of Aquila, which owns SOHO, said it was important to support local independent retailers.
He said: “It feeds money back into the economy.
“We buy locally, we employ local people and we are a fully and wholly local business.
“We pay rents and rates and people’s wages, which they then spend locally.
“We pride ourselves on saying we are constantly checking our prices and should always, in effect, be cheaper than the big stores.
“If people go out of town because they have to, we understand that, but if you can get something in Scunthorpe first, buy it from local firms, who offer great services. ”
Mr Habershon said the shop stocked a more comprehensive range of office equipment.
He said: “It is a true one-stop shop and it is the only one of its kind in the area.
“We have everything from paper clips to desks, to high-speed photocopying and a full range of stationery and office machines.
“I think we are the only store where you can get such a good range of seating and storage.”
